HEAP in Pike County

This program really helped us when my husband was forced to pay a high amount in child support. We had a hard time affording the fuel oil our house needed to heat. This program allowed us to claim all of his children due to having shared parenting and provided us with the assistance we needed. We didn’t qualify elsewhere due to his income on paper before child support, insurance, and retirement payments. We will forever be grateful.
