Beginning Monday, June 1st we will be open from 5-7 PM. Patients are asked to call the clinic from the parking lot to receive registration instructions.

* Safe distancing will be practiced * Personal protective items required and supplied when necessary * Unless assistance is needed, only the patient may enter the building * Our inside waiting area will be closed

Tele-health is still being offered for those needing prescription refills or patients who cannot come to the clinic. Please call 740-774-4606 for an appointment
